Gym Management

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing team of Cluster Managers and fitness professionals, all working together to inspire healthier lives and deliver an exceptional experience for our members and colleagues.

As a Cluster Manager, you'll lead a group of gyms, driving a culture of high performance, accountability and engagement across your cluster. Working closely with your Gym Managers, you'll coach, develop and empower your teams to achieve outstanding results, creating great places to work and workout.

You'll have the autonomy to run your cluster with an owner mindset, using your commercial acumen and leadership skills to drive operational excellence, member satisfaction and business performance. This is a varied and fast-paced role, with responsibility across everything from people development and member experience to commercial and operational performance. You’ll use insight and attention to detail to understand your gym’s results, identify opportunities for growth, and drive continuous improvement through clear action plans that deliver strong financial and operational success.

Assistant Gym Managers play a hands-on role in creating an exceptional member experience, supporting the day-to-day success of the gym through high standards, strong team engagement, and a passion for fitness.

Working closely with the Gym Manager, you’ll support member engagement, champion Gym Floor standards, drive commercial performance, and help deliver an outstanding group exercise experience. You’ll also work alongside our Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainer community, providing ongoing support, building strong relationships, and proactively driving PT recruitment and engagement within the gym.

As a visible and active presence on the gym floor, you’ll lead by example and be the driving force behind creating a welcoming, motivating, and high-energy environment that showcases what “great looks like” at PureGym.
